Open Question: I think my next door nabor Poisoned my dog.?

Well My upstairs nabors dog died one month ago, And now this month my dogs died, They have the symtoms of poisioning and the next door nabor moved in a couple of months ago, My upstairs nabours heard him bitching about animals, Now all of a sudden cats that used to hangout in the back parking lot, are no longer there. He has access to poisions and im thinking that he poisioned my dog and the other dog, Im wondering what you think yall i should do, This definatly isnt going without him paying, Im thinking about getting some pals up and destroying his truck, Or Busting his windows with rocks, We're definatly going to contact the police after, But what suggestions do you guys have?
